I had a great experience working with Luis. His team was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they completed the job efficiently while maintaining a high standard of detail. They were easy to deal with, honest, and always willing to answer questions. I highly recommend LM Building Services Limited to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality building services

We were buying a house and needed a Certified builder to inspect the foundation of the house. Luis was amazing- so professional and honest. Without his help, we definitely would not have had the confidence to buy our house- now we are homeowners! You honestly will not find a more kind and humble Foundations specialist in Auckland. Highly recommend LM Building Services !

Great comunication skills! What a great job from Luis and his team. Visited our heritage building in the weekend to look at the work and started the repiling work in a couple of weeks. Gave regular updates on the progress and liaised with the tenants to ensure their business was not interrupted in any way. Totally professional workmanship and cost effective.

LM Building Services did an outstanding job on our recent home renovation. Their team was extremely trustworthy, diligent, and maintained a high level of tidiness throughout the project. They stuck to the budget quoted, with no hidden costs or surprises later on. Communication was excellent, and the work was completed on time. We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend LM Building Services to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and transparency.

LM Building Services - can’t go wrong with these guys! On point and went above and beyond even carrying a 1 tonne steel beam up two flights of stairs for our commercial fitout, but I know they’re also experienced in residential as well!
